We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 15 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, you may contact Design@swaroopaekbote..com within 15 days of the purchase and we will issue you a full refund provided that you’ve completed at least the first module of our service (Design consultation ) to claim unsatisfactory clause.
Not going through the design process, not attending meetings or a call or not going through the process and blindly asking for the refund won’t be acceptable. But after going through the process and if you really feel our designs are not satisfactory, then the refund will be initiated. All this should happen within 15 days of the date of purchase. However advance amount is non- refundable, but any amount other than the advance is paid will duly be refunded as per terms and conditions.
